This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I waited a while to write this in case things changed, but they haven't yet, so here goes my rant. In the middle of May I was contacted by someone that saw my art on Deviant and wanted to know if I was able to ink his comic book that needed to be done by July 1. He wouldn't be able to pay me this time, but it would help me get the exposure that I needed. I talked to him by phone and everything sounded alright. He also said that he would like to use me on some other projects he's working on down the road. I was so excited! This was going to be my break! He was going to send me the pages within the week, so I got all amped up for it. A week went by and nothing came. A second week went by and nothing came. I e-mailed him back to see how the pages were coming along. He said he and his wife were on vacation and then he had some other deadlines to meet, but would get them to me soon. He asked for my address and phone number again. A third week went by and still nothing. We're in the fourth week now and I haven't recieved so much as an e-mail from him. I guess he won't be making that July 1 deadline! I can't say that I'm surprised, because this has happened before to me by someone here on Deviant. Since I'm still kind of new here on Deviant, I wanted to ask if this is common in this business. I have always kept my word on things that I'm going to do and I would never ask someone to do something for me if I wasn't ready. All I want is to get the chance to show what I can do and hopefully someone will one day give me that chance.
I am an artist that loves to draw and ink. I'm here to provide my inking services to any of those that need help and to further pursue my career in the art field.

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.
